The Tropics

a Port Douglas Wedding Day…

Nothing says ‘tropical wedding’ like a ceremony under gently swaying palms on a beautiful afternoon, except perhaps cocktails and canapés under a mango tree and later, cane toads!

This couple stayed at a rental property right next to the beach in the ‘Four Mile’ area.  From the house it was only a short stroll to the beachside ceremony with close friends and family.  Although the day was blessed with perfect Port Douglas weather it was the relaxed yet emotional celebration that made the wedding memorable.  Also hard to forget were the squeals of laughter and screams of horror brought on by Nick and his infamous racers – Freddo, Jerry Springer, Camel Toad and Co. were in fine form!
